1. Who these terms cover
Canada Casino Games (CCG) is the studio name used on this website. “We”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of CanadaCasino.info; “you” means the visitor using it. Our contact is Ayush Anand at ayush@weeklyvoice.com. A commercial contract will identify the legal contracting parties before a purchase or licence is agreed.
Read these terms before using a demo. By checking the agreement box and selecting “Agree & play demo”, you accept these Terms of Use, including the Intellectual Property Policy and Disclaimer linked below. If you do not agree, do not enter the demos. The Privacy Policy explains our information practices; it does not waive your privacy rights.
2. Adults and simulated play only
Our access policy requires you to be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. You must also meet any higher age or other requirement that applies where you are. This is a game-development showcase, not a real-money gambling service. No deposits, paid stakes, cash prizes, withdrawals or redemption are offered. All demo credits and outcomes have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged.
3. Limited permission to evaluate
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to run the demos through this website for personal evaluation or internal evaluation of a possible business purchase or licence. Normal browser loading and caching for that use are allowed. This permission does not include distribution, sublicensing, commercial operation or access to a deliverable source-code package.
Public availability, browser access, a purchase enquiry and the words “free demo” do not grant ownership or a reuse licence. We may restrict access for misuse or discontinue a demo. Any separate signed agreement takes priority for the specific matters it covers.
4. Restricted uses
Except with our prior written permission or where applicable law permits the activity, you must not:
- Copy, extract, download for reuse, distribute, sell, rehost or embed our protected code, artwork, audio, text, animations or other game content.
- Record or publish gameplay, livestream or rebroadcast the demos, or use them in advertisements, monetized content or promotional campaigns.
- Remake, reskin, adapt, translate or create derivative works from protected elements, or use extracted content to produce a competing game.
- Scrape or bulk-collect our protected content, including to build datasets or train models; bypass access restrictions; or remove ownership notices.
- Misrepresent affiliation, pass off our work as your own, interfere with the site, introduce harmful code or use the demos to operate real-money wagering.
These restrictions do not claim ownership of abstract ideas, facts, general game mechanics or public-domain material. Applicable statutory exceptions and rights under third-party or open-source licences remain available. See our Intellectual Property Policy.
5. Purchases, licences and development
Games may be available for purchase or licensing subject to availability and a separate written agreement. An enquiry is not an order, reservation or transfer of rights. Price, deliverables, exclusivity, source-code access, intellectual-property ownership, permitted distribution, support and payment terms must be agreed in writing. Paying for development or receiving a demo does not itself transfer copyright.
No demo is represented as approved for regulated gambling. Any proposed real-money deployment requires a separate assessment of the relevant operator, supplier, licensing, testing, certification, security and player-protection requirements. Responsibility must be allocated in the commercial agreement; this page cannot remove legal obligations.
6. Enquiries and submissions
Send accurate contact details and only material you are entitled to share. Do not submit payment details, identity documents, credentials, highly sensitive information or someone else’s personal information without authority. An ordinary enquiry does not create a confidentiality agreement. Arrange a written NDA before disclosing confidential source code or trade secrets. You retain your rights in material you submit; you permit us to use it only as needed to review and respond to the enquiry and discuss the proposed work.
7. Demo limitations and liability
Demos are provided as available for evaluation and may contain bugs, interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we make no implied guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, production readiness, regulatory approval or future performance. Read the Disclaimer before relying on a demonstration.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business arising from demo use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Mandatory consumer, privacy and other statutory rights remain intact. These terms do not determine liability under a separate commercial agreement.
8. Protecting our work
Where legally justified, we may withdraw permission, request removal of unauthorized content, submit platform complaints or seek court remedies for infringement or breach of an enforceable agreement. Available remedies may include an injunction, damages or costs, depending on the law and the facts. These terms do not create automatic fines or guarantee a legal outcome.
9. Law, disputes and updates
Subject to mandatory laws and rights that apply to you, these terms are governed by Ontario law and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Ontario. Nothing requires you to give up a court, regulator or remedy that applicable law entitles you to use.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a dated version and presenting the current terms at demo entry. Changes do not retroactively amend an existing signed commercial agreement.
