Information you provide

The contact form collects your enquiry type, name, optional company, email address and full message. It creates a submission identifier and timestamp. Where enquiries go

Enquiries are saved in the website’s hosted database and copied to the CCG contact inbox at ayush@weeklyvoice.com through an automated notification workflow. The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure; the inbox uses Google Gmail/Workspace. These providers process information needed to host, store, route and deliver the service. Authorized personnel handling the enquiry may access it. Service providers may process information outside Canada, where local laws and lawful government-access rules may differ.

We do not sell enquiry information or provide it to advertisers. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect rights or obtain professional advice, subject to applicable law. Provider processing is also governed by the relevant service arrangements and provider policies.

Browser storage and technical information

The demos store game preferences, virtual balances, recent game history, game state and an age-confirmation flag in local storage on your device. The demo-entry agreement also stores the accepted terms version and time on that device. These local records are not an identity verification and are not submitted through the contact form. They may persist until you clear this site’s browser data. Clearing them can reset progress, preferences and acknowledgements.

The current demo application does not add advertising cookies or third-party marketing analytics. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details and security logs, and may use service-related cookies. We cannot promise that all infrastructure processing is confined to your device or to Canada.

Retention and protection

Contact submissions currently have no automatic deletion timer; copies may remain in the site database and email inbox until reviewed and deleted. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, a resulting relationship, recordkeeping or lawful dispute obligations. A deletion request helps us identify records for review; necessary legal retention and provider backup cycles may limit immediate deletion of every copy.

Access controls and provider safeguards help protect information, but no website, email service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Do not use the form for confidential trade secrets; arrange an appropriate agreement and delivery method with us first.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit the form, omit the optional company field, limit what you include and clear browser data through your browser settings. Contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw consent for optional processing, request deletion, or raise a complaint. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and locate your records. Withdrawal can prevent us from continuing to answer your enquiry but does not undo lawful handling already completed.

We will handle requests within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful limitation or refusal. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or another competent privacy regulator. Nothing in our terms takes away these rights.

Minors and changes

The demos are intended for adults under our access policy. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and address it. We will publish policy updates with a new effective date and seek additional consent where required for a new purpose.
