No permission is granted to take, rehost, stream or remake protected content merely because it can be viewed in a browser.
What is protected
To the extent protected by applicable law, original code, artwork, audiovisual material, written content, animation and other expressive elements are owned by CCG or their respective rights holders. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Third-party libraries, fonts and other licensed components remain subject to their own licences; we do not claim ownership of them.
Copyright does not give us a monopoly over general ideas, rules, mathematical methods or game mechanics. No patent or registered trademark status is claimed by this notice. Independent work and lawful statutory exceptions are not prohibited merely because a game has a similar concept.
Copying, remakes and redistribution
Unless a legal exception or applicable third-party licence permits it, you need prior written permission to copy or extract protected parts of the demos, reskin or adapt them, distribute builds or source code, operate them on another service, or sell them as your own. Browser-delivered code is provided to make evaluation possible; its visibility is not a licence to reuse it.
Streaming, recordings and promotion
Our evaluation permission does not include livestreaming, gameplay videos, screen-recorded demonstrations, broadcast use, asset packs or commercial promotional use. Ask for written permission before publishing or streaming demo content. Explain the game, channels, audience, monetization and planned use. Any permission is limited to its written scope.
You may share an ordinary link to the public website without suggesting sponsorship or endorsement. Any use lawfully permitted without permission, including applicable fair dealing for criticism, review or news reporting, remains subject to the legal conditions for that exception. We do not prohibit lawful criticism or claim that every screenshot is infringement.
Buying does not automatically transfer ownership
A purchase or development agreement must expressly identify which rights are licensed or assigned, whether they are exclusive, and what third-party conditions remain. No transfer, exclusivity or right to redistribute arises from testing a game, contacting us or discussing a price.
Report a rights concern
Email ayush@weeklyvoice.com with the subject “IP / permissions”, identify the work, provide the relevant page or publication URL, explain your rights or authority and describe the concern. Include contact details and only evidence necessary to assess the report. Do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents. We assess reports and may request clarification; a report alone does not establish infringement.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate unauthorized use and pursue proportionate, legally available remedies, including removal requests, platform reports and proceedings for infringement or breach of an enforceable agreement. Courts decide liability and relief. This policy does not create ownership where the law provides none or override applicable legal exceptions.
